Blood alcohol test
Drunk driving is defined as a driver with a blood alcohol level greater than or equal to 20 milligrams per 100 milliliters and less than 80 milligrams per 100 milliliters.
Article 91 of the Road Traffic Safety Law clearly stipulates that those who drive a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol shall be fined more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan, and their motor vehicle driving license shall be temporarily withheld for more than 1 month and less than 3 months.
Unified national traffic police standards: ① Less than 0.2 is not alcohol. > 0.2 > 0.8 is considered alcohol consumption. Anything greater than 0.8 is considered drunk driving。
